⚠️ IMPORTANT ORDER & RETURN NOTICE: Please note that our Raeford office is strictly an administrative and design headquarters. It is NOT a brick-and-mortar retail storefront, and we DO NOT accept, process, or store customer returns or physical inventory at this address.

Any parcels or return shipments sent directly to our Raeford headquarters without our explicit prior written consent will be rejected or automatically discarded, and absolutely no refunds will be issued for such packages.

To request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy, you must contact our customer support at info@poppyvelle.com to receive authorized shipping instructions and the address of our designated return fulfillment center.
