You have 30 days from the date you received your package to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
It must be free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
All original tags must remain securely attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
Note: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearout events are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Contact Us First: Send an email to our support team at info@poppyvelle.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return (or details for the exchange).
Receive Your Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization alongside the designated Return Warehouse Address.
Ship It Back: Securely pack your item(s) and mail the package to the return address provided by our team. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Poppy Velle is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING: Please note that our Raeford address is strictly an administrative office. It is NOT a retail storefront, and our office staff CANNOT accept or process any packages or customer returns here.
Any packages sent directly to our Raeford headquarters without authorization will be rejected or automatically discarded, and no refund will be issued.
Always email info@poppyvelle.com first to receive the correct return warehouse address.
Inspection: Once your return package is delivered to our fulfillment warehouse, it will be inspected within 3 to 5 business days to ensure it meets our quality conditions.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, mention your exchange request in your initial email to info@poppyvelle.com, and we will reserve the inventory for you if available.
