🚚 Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Options (United States)

We offer different shipping methods based on your order value. All rates below apply to domestic shipping within the United States.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

📦 Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update on the carrier's portal.

 

📍 Incorrect Address & Package Rerouting

Please verify that your shipping address is 100% correct before completing checkout. Poppy Velle is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Raeford location is an administrative workspace only. It is NOT a fulfillment warehouse, fulfillment facility, or retail storefront.

No inventory is stored here, and we DO NOT accept or process customer returns at this address. Any return packages mailed directly to our Raeford office without explicit written consent from our support team will be automatically rejected or discarded, and no refunds can be issued.
